Couples have visited to celebrate anniversaries, propose marriage, renew their vows or just to spend a relaxing couple of days in nature. The secret to a good relationship is taking some time to do things together, fostering memories, and strengthening your bond through shared experiences.
As the owners of Romantic Celebrations, we have spent the past 28 years getting to know everything that is romantic about our area. Fortunately, we have met with many of the businesses that offer some great ways to spend your time when visiting Monterey County. You know how it is -- you go to a destination and just as you are checking out, the clerk asks, "Did you go on the....." or "Did you eat at....." or "Did you visit the.....". Our goal is to make sure you maximize your memories and have such a great time that you decide to return again....and again....and again.
We set up several romantic activity categories for you to explore. For the individual businesses that are listed, there is no fee for a basic listing. We picked companies that either we, or a friend of ours, has knowledge about, directly or indirectly. We the cross-checked our list with several review sites to ensure (at time of our original publication), the business has good reviews. Putting together this projects was quite fun as it brought back a lot of memories of our shared experiences (and perhaps the reason why we have never left Monterey).
